Sheila provides programme management support for the various projects at IPE Africa.

She has over 3 years experience in her expertise areas over 6 years' experience in translation and interpretation. She is highly conversant with networking, developing, coordinating and managing relationships with Regional and International development experts and firms in Anglophone and Francophone Fragile and Conflict Affected States (FCAS). She was previously involved inthe DfID funded Project Management for Road Building in Eastern DRC, World Bank funded Kenya Informal Settlements Improvement Project and the ACBF funded Mid –Term Review for Strategic Medium Term Plan III for Gabon, Cote d'Ivoire, Senegal, Kenya, Tanzania and Zimbabwe. Also, Sheila is the Nodal Officer for Duty of Care at IPE Africa.

Prior to joining IPE Africa Sheila worked with Bharti Airtel, Centum Learning, (HRG) Hogg Robinson Group Plc, Smart Egypt and Centum Learning Limited.

Sheila holds a Higher Advanced National Diploma (French for Professionals) in Commerce and Business Studies from Paris Ile-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, (Alliance Française de Nairobi).
